This sequence of the finale of Dohnanyi's First Piano
Concerto was created for the Proteus 2 Orchestral Sound
module with the piano part played by the Korg P3 Piano
Module.

All tracks have been transposed to concert pitch. There
is some track-sharing:

The Tremolo Strings track contains Pizzicato Violins between
measures 334-339 and 633-637

There are the following program changes within tracks:
French Horns: 276 (to 36); 306 (to 38), 340 (to 36),
351 (to 38), 415 (to 37), 528 (to 38), 561 (to 36), 633 (to 38),
and 943 (to 37). As you can see from the Proteus 2 program
map 36 = mf Horns, 37 = ff horns, and 38 = section horns.
