This sequence of the finale of Carl Nielsen's 2nd Symphony
uses the Proteus 2 orchestral sound module. All instruments
have been transposed to concert pitch (Proteus 2 users: you'll
have to transpose the basses tracks back UP an octave since
the P2 tranposes them down an octave; got that?)

   The only program change within a track is in the Tremolo
Strings track at bar 309, where it changes to String Harmonics.
