Note that more than one synth is used: everything not otherwise
labelled is for the Proteus 2; "OSMS" is a GM Amiga sound card.
Korg is my piano module.

  BTW, I didn't sequence this. A guy named Brian Solomons of
London did (I may have corrected it somewhat).

   Oh, I always forget: the bass notes should be transposed down
an octave. The Proteus 2 does this automatically (just like a
real bass player), so I enter the notes as written.
